When I got home from work I was totally exhausted not having slept the 2 previous nights. I had 1 oz. of cheese, a handful of mac nuts, and a protein bar until dinner.

Went to bed and slept finally.I know once I fully wake up I'll be fine.
skipping meals can take some psychological and physiological getting used to. glad you're going to give it a try! IFing and low carb are two partners that are just about saving my life!
ReplyDeleteIt was really easy and I dropped a pound. I just have to be careful not to over do it when I get home and start eating.
