Yes, ZC does eliminate cravin...Love the new look. <br /><br />Yes, ZC does eliminate cravings for most people. But what is happening on that forum is that newbies think that only beef and water is the correct way to eat. Even tho there is a page which discusses Bear's eating which includes coffee, cream, ice cream on occasion, etc.<br /><br />Mostly ZC is about eating no plant matter. <br /><br />There are occasions when I eat ice cream.
